ISTITUTO CULINARIO BRINGS HOME A MEDAL FOR THE PHILIPPINES Khristopher "Peng" Borja, a fresh graduate of the Istituto Culinario Culinary College, bagged a Bronze Medal for the Philippines against a field of Asia's best pastry chefs in the Food and Hotel Asia Exposition held in Singapore from April 17 to 20, 2012.
